Suy’s Mexican Restaurant hand-wraps every tamale in a corn husk, steamed until the masa turns soft and the filling inside stays warm and flavorful. Choose from two fillings: Pollo or Puerco. Every tamale comes served with a side of green salsa and red salsa, giving you two ways to add heat and flavor to each bite.
A proper tamale depends on the masa, and ours comes out soft and light after steaming, wrapped tight in its corn husk the whole way through. We fill each one generously, whether you choose the tender Pollo or the rich, savory Puerco. The two salsas on the side let you customize the heat level with every bite — a milder green salsa for a tangy kick, or a deeper red salsa for something bolder. This is the kind of tamale built on tradition, made fresh rather than mass-produced. If you enjoy that same corn-husk steaming tradition, our Elotes bring a similar corn-based flavor in a different form.

Getting your tamales is easy. Order through our website for pickup, or get them delivered through DoorDash and Uber Eats. We stay open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM, so there’s plenty of time to place your order. We steam each tamale fresh and pack it carefully with both salsas, so it arrives warm and ready to unwrap.
