Our Caldo de Res comes loaded with tender chunks of beef, carrot, corn, and potato in a rich, savory broth, served with a side of Mexican rice, chopped onion and cilantro, and warm tortillas. Our Caldo de Menudo brings a deep red broth simmered with hominy and tender pieces of meat, plated the same way with rice, onion, cilantro, and tortillas on the side.
