Suy’s Mexican Restaurant serves four classic aguas frescas, each poured fresh over ice. Choose from Hibiscus, Horchata, Lemonade, and Pineapple. Our Hibiscus comes deep red-purple, steeped from dried hibiscus flowers for a tart, floral flavor. Horchata pours out creamy and pale, made with rice and a touch of cinnamon. Lemonade stays light and tangy, finished with a fresh lime wedge on the rim, while our Pineapple brings a bright golden color and a naturally sweet, tropical taste.
These drinks earn their name because we make them fresh, not from syrup or concentrate. The Hibiscus steeps long enough to pull out its full color and tartness, while the Horchata gets blended smooth so the cinnamon and rice come through in every sip. Our Pineapple keeps that natural fruit sweetness front and center, and the Lemonade stays crisp and citrusy without tasting artificial. Served over ice in a clear cup, each one shows off its true color the moment it hits the table. Pair one with our Chimichanga Special or any other dish on the menu for a complete meal.

Getting your agua fresca is easy. Order through our website for pickup, or add one to a delivery order through DoorDash and Uber Eats. We stay open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM, so there’s plenty of time to place your order. We pour each drink fresh and pack it carefully, so it arrives cold and ready to enjoy.
